Coaches Meeting
The coaches' meeting will take place on Thursday night at the Holiday Inn-Presidential. At this meeting, we will conduct the draw for preliminary rounds. More information coming soon
"The Draw": Procedures for random pairings of teams in preliminary rounds
A random draw will determine pairings of teams in preliminary rounds. All coaches may be present for the draw if they like.
Tabulation and Verification
Coaches will receive copies of all ballots for the rounds in which their pairings participated. They will have the opportunity to correct any entry mistakes before results are announced. Verification will take place in the Coaches' room at the Bowen School.
